The company is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen, unless specific shipping insurance/protection was selected at checkout.

Return Shipping: Unless the return is directly due to a merchant error or a confirmed defective product, the customer is responsible for all return shipping logistics and associated freight costs.
